Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 4–10 business days before shipping. Processing time includes order preparation, packaging, and fulfillment and does not include transit time. Processing times will increase to 5-15 days during busy Holiday seasons.

Business Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST
Saturday 9am-12pm EST

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

We use the most economical shipping methods available to keep costs accessible:

• USPS for small packages
  
• FedEx for larger or heavier orders
  

Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Important Notes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  
• We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for carrier delays or delivery issues, but we are happy to assist with tracking or claim support when possible. If you want full coverage, please order on our Etsy shop.
