General Questions
How do I store my treats?
Our treats are slowly dehydrated at low temperatures to keep the nutritional value. We recommend storing them in a glass airtight container - the treats can stay food for up to 4 months if stored properly.
Are your treats safe for a young rabbit?
Yes! Our treats are made with natural, rabbit-safe ingredients and are suitable for young rabbits. However, because baby rabbits have more sensitive digestive systems, we recommend offering treats in very small amounts and gradually introducing them to monitor how your bunny tolerates them. Always prioritize hay and fresh greens as the main part of their diet.

I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?
Please check your junk/spam folder or give it about 5 minute to reach your inbox. Please contact us if its been more than 30 minutes.
Returns
Shipping/Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please contact us with any order issues and we will make it right.
Do you issue refunds?
We only issue refunds if the item arrives moldy or inedible. We are not responsible for missing packages or broken treats once they leave our care.
Processing/ Shipping
Can I track my package online?
Yes! you should get an email with tracking once your order has shipped!
How long does processing take?
Due to high volume of orders, our processing times can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks. Each of our treats are hand pressed one by one, by me (bun mom) so it takes me a little while to dry the treats/pack and ship.
