Our treats are slowly dehydrated at low temperatures to keep their nutritional value. We recommend storing them in a glass airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Yes! Our treats are made with natural, rabbit-safe ingredients and are suitable for young rabbits. However, because baby rabbits have more sensitive digestive systems, we recommend offering treats in very small amounts and gradually introducing them.

Always prioritize hay and fresh greens as the main part of their diet.

Every rabbit has unique taste preferences. While many bunnies love our treats, we cannot guarantee every rabbit will enjoy every flavour. We are unable to offer refunds based on taste preference.

Due to food safety, we cannot accept returns on opened edible products. Unopened items may be returned at the customer's expense. If you have any concerns, please reach out — we are always happy to help.

We only issue refunds if the item arrives mouldy or inedible. We are not responsible for missing packages or broken treats once they leave our care, and we are not responsible for your rabbit's individual taste preferences.

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Due to high volume, processing can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks. Each treat is hand-pressed one by one, by me — bun mum — so it takes a little while to dry, pack, and ship.
